Where in the world is The Artzeen Shop from?

The Artzeen Shop is a virtual store based in Abu Dhabi, UAE . However, we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the nearest facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I order?

Explore the shop and screenshot the item you like. Send it to us over email or Instagram and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

How will I pay for my order?

After you've sent us the product you want to order, we'll send you our payment details. Completing the payment confirms your order , after which the designing process starts. Payment gateways available are:

For UAE residents: Bank transfer
For India residents: Bank transfer or Google Pay
For International residents: Bank transfer or PayPal

Please note that any sort of transfer charges are to be additionally borne by the customer. Transfer charges are an addition to the retail price.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually, i t takes about 5-10 days to design a product (except faceless digital portraits takes longer), after which it’s shipped out. For more information on shipping, please read our shipping policies!
